Gardening & Driving Assistant
Portsdown View Care Home in Portsmouth & Waterhaven Place Care Home in Chichester
16h per Week | Permanent
Some people keep gardens tidy.
You help create the spaces where someone has their favourite cup of tea, chats with their granddaughter, or feels the sun on their face for the first time in weeks.
At Connaught Care, exceptional care isn’t a target. It’s a standard. And a calling.
We’re looking for a practical, friendly, and reliable Gardening & Driving Assistant to help keep our grounds beautiful and support our teams with driving and light maintenance. It’s a hands-on, varied role that changes with the seasons—and makes a visible difference every day.
About Connaught Care
With six beautiful homes already open and more on the way, Connaught is one of the UK’s most ambitious, experience-led, hospitality-first care providers.
Our homes are elegant, calm, and beautifully run—but it’s our people, not our chandeliers, that make them extraordinary.
This role plays a vital part in that experience. Our gardens aren’t just landscaping—they’re places of peace, activity, and connection.
