We’re looking for a brilliant, heart-led Events Coordinator to bring joy, connection, and everyday magic to life at Connaught Care—a luxury, all-inclusive care home group redefining what later life can look and feel like.

This role isn’t about filling calendars—it’s about creating meaning. Whether it's a quiet poetry reading, a vibrant birthday celebration, or a themed afternoon that makes someone’s week, you’ll be at the heart of our homes’ spirit and energy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, plan and deliver a wide range of enriching events, from daily activities to larger community celebrations

• Create personalised experiences tailored to residents’ preferences, hobbies, and life stories

• Work closely with residents, families, and care teams to ensure every event is inclusive, thoughtful, and meaningful

• Support links with local groups, schools, entertainers and volunteers to bring the community into the home

• Working with the Events Manager to manage budgets, calendars, and promotional materials with creativity and care

• Track engagement and feedback to continually improve and innovate our events programme

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in event planning or coordination—hospitality, care, or community settings a bonus

• A warm, engaging personality and excellent communication skills

• Creativity, attention to detail, and a flair for creating joyful, inclusive experiences

• Confidence in working with older adults, including those living with dementia

• A proactive, can-do mindset and a love for seeing people smile
